And the journey begins here…

There's no need, to write a blog, but i've decided to do so, because i believe it'll help me in my process of my life-story. Writing can be refreshing. And i can also store some of my life stuff here.

So let's begin with Atomic Habits. That's a book that i'm reading right know, and just to remember some stuff better, i'll write down what i know so far…

Atomic habits, are atomic because they're so small, that you can not see the benefits immediately. It's more like they'll accumulate and after some time, you'll see huge differences. It's like a bamboo. It is really small, but it grows a huge underground root system, which after 5 years will pump the bamboo to unbelievable highs in less than 6 weeks.

You just need to do 1% everyday fam…

Also! There are some serious issues with Goals.

I thought having Goals is really good because you have something to follow. Something to achieve and get there. But, actually it has few problems…

  1. Losers and winners can have the same goals. So when i set a goal, but don't achieve it, and my friend Johnny do, how is it possible?

It's not about the goal, but about the system that we follow. For example. You have messy room. You set a goal to clean it up, you gather energy, do it and here we go the room is clean, good job fam! But after some time it gets messy again. You see, the problem is not the garbage in your room, but the fact that you make the garbage. What if you put your smelly shirt right into laundry basket instead of throwing it on the ground and letting it rot there for a week.

So basically, focus on Systems not Goals.

2. Having a goal means you have to be “victim” of either losing or wining. So if you won't achieve your goal — you'll feel really bad. That is taking your energy and will to do more.

3. What if you achieve your goal? What should you do next? I've read that many people hustle to achieve their goal, they do everything they can, and after they achieve it, they stop with everything.

Yes so that's that. Thanks for reading, if you did. Byebye!
